Delighted to announce the start of some partially funded
monthly well-being workshops for the whole community to access.
I think we all need something to keep us relaxed and in a
positive mindset in these uncertain times we are all facing.
So why not join this well-being activity where you can
practice the skill of being in the present moment .. creating more space in
which you can relax cultivating a sense of peace and tranquillity within.
How does that sound ?
I have written a whole new programme to support people and
help build resilience in the face of adversity a gentle mindfulness
meditation will also be included
