Government Guidelines regarding Covid 19 capacities must be followed


Our normal capacities are

• Dinner/dance (to allow enough room for a sit down meal) : 108 plus a further 24 if the dance floor is not required (using lounge and café area also, included for party rate), more can be hosted if seats for all are not required.
• Party capacity, for buffets 200 using the full hall, Bar, cafe area and room 2 for your buffet
• Theatre style: 140
• Classroom style: 60
• U-Shape: 40 plus top table

The centre is covered for 220 for Fire regulations including room 1 and 2

Overall it is a flexible space that can also be used for exhibitions and fairs.

The café area end of the hall is only included in the hire of the hall for dinners /dance or parties, this area unless agreed at booking is not for exclusive use. The café area and lounge bar can be used for additional people to increase capacity further if agreed at the time of booking.

This room is equipped with:

• Fully Licenced, stocked and staffed bar on request.
• Music System
• Self contained toilet facilities
• Free WIFI
• Stage area and changing rooms
• Piano
• Folding soundproof walls between the bar areas and café area.

Refreshments are available as below when pre-booked or on a self service basis.

When sufficient notice is given we also give free cancellations caused by Covid 19 restrictions.

Our tables and chairs available for use are listed in the Kitchen and store room tab, please discuss your needs when booking.

The main hall (or dance Hall as per plan) is 11.2 meters long (excluding stage) by 11.2 meters wide at the stage end of the hall not including café area (with Café area 18.8 meters). The café area/entrance end of the hall is 5.5 meters wide and 7. 6 meter long. The usable height is 2.8 meters with lights and beams above this height.

The Stage size in addition to the main hall is 7.5 meters wide, the depth of the stage area is 5.8 meters and height is 2.2 meters.

The lounge bar is 5.6 meters wide by 9 meters long and is separated by 2 folding doors so this area can be included as part of the main hall or used as a quite/ separate area from the main hall. This area has enough space for at least 24 people and includes the bar. The bar area is not included in the above capacities.

Week day:£11.00 per hour
Week nights: £14.00 per hour
Weekend days:£12.00 per hour
Weekend Nights:£17.00 per hour

Party rate £72.00 charge per evening with a £50.00 bond.

Book in 2020 for 2021 and you can book at 2020 prices.

Please ask us about full service option, we can offer fork and fingure buffets, hot meals and afternoon teas and snacks. We can provide this ourselves and working along side our preferred outside caterer or other caterers if agreed.

We often do special offers we are also more flexible for day time events or Lounge only events.

Our calendar tab will show if there is any confirmed bookings in place if you have a date in mind.
